For scan automation software we are an authorized partner for ReadSoft and Kofax. Using these products we can create advanced solutions that not only manage high volume scanning, but they also provide document recognition and data extraction for automated data entry or document import needs.
As a true value added partner around these solutions, NMS Imaging has developed an add-on software product called eFlow™ Capture. eFlow Capture is software that manages error free batch document imports between the scan capture software such as ReadSoft and your document management.
As most customers can attest, communication problems do occur when documents are being uploaded into the document management solution. The typical remedy to this is to throw away the batch and start the process over again. The reason for this is that there is no image-by-image handshake or validation to know what was successfully imported and what was not. eFlow Capture sets a higher standard for guaranteed results the first time, every time. If your organization is running a high volume operation or timing is of the essence, you cannot afford to operate without eFlow Capture.
