Training Engagement

Training Engagements can occur in several formats. All training programs are custom tailored to the skill level and needs of the customer. The descriptions below encompass all aspects of what each type of training can include. However, all training programs typically include those components that match the customer’s needs and capabilities.
  • The most common training engagement is user training that can involve hands-on education of knowledge workers to ensure proficiency with the use of the solution.
  • Just as common is administrative training, whereby IT personnel are taught how to maintain up-time, perform back-ups, administer user security, perform help-desk level support and/or develop new applications.
  • The third form of training is train-the-trainer training. This form of training is common for larger customer organizations that have permanent training facilities and instructors for routine training of new employees
