The solution life cycle breaks down the core components of professional services products that customers need in order to assure successful implementations that meet business objectives over the short and long-term. Not all components of the solution life cycle are necessary for all customer situations. When the requirements are more complex and the organization is larger, NMS is likely to engage on each step of the solution life cycle in more depth.
