- The F.O.B. will be destination within the Continental USA. Outside of the area will be negotiated on each individual delivery order.
- Include the following on PO to expedite delivery:
- Name of individual to contact for order questions/clarifications
- Customer phone number
- Customer facsimile number
- The NIH 1% (or $250.00 whichever is greater) surcharge is applicable to all customers outside the NIH placing orders against the Image World be collected by NMS and based on the total dollars reflected on customers purchase orders. Surcharges will be forwarded to NIH. A 1-% charge must be included on your PO to NMS.

- Delivery Time = normally 1-30 days, except items allocated by a manufacturer. The delivery of these shipments will be negotiated at the time the order is placed and, upon request, will be confirmed in writing.
- The minimum dollar value $50.00. There is no maximum order limit.
- The geographical scope of this contract is the 48 contiguous States, the District of Columbia, Alaska, Hawaii, and overseas U.S. Government installations.
- Warranty is standard commercial warranty provided by vendors.
