Virginia Credit Union Improves Customer Service
ReadSoft US aids Virginia Credit Union in improving customer service
Virginia Credit Union faced the task of increasing customer service levels with new home banking customers and requested the help of ReadSoft partner NMS Imaging for help in processing their responses.
Virginia Credit Union wanted to obtain information about their home banking application process, as well as the member’s expectations of the system. Hundreds of surveys a month are mailed out to current home banking customers to get these questions answered. Responses are mailed back to Virginia Credit Union’s service office in Richmond, VA.
The largest state chartered credit union in Virginia, Virginia Credit Union, partnered with NMS Imaging to deploy ReadSoft’s FORMS product to automate the processing of the returned surveys. FORMS took the place of a competitive product Virginia Credit Union was previously using.
“The FORMS product not only allows us to achieve a lower percentage of errors, but also allows us to quickly adapt to changes in questions and/or formatting... a process that was cumbersome with our former software product,” Director of Records Management at Virginia Credit Union said.
“ReadSoft’s FORMS product is an excellent way to capture information quickly and without much effort,” said Bob Fresneda, President of ReadSoft US. “Like Virginia Credit Union, we care about what our customers think. We have supported NMS Imaging in installing FORMS so that Virginia Credit Union can gain better understanding and control over its customers’ thoughts and opinions of their service.”
